Terms of service
Lees Interiors is the trading name of Emma Lees, Sole Trader, UK.
By booking a service you are agreeing to these terms.
Lees Interiors provides interior design and styling services including online consultations, digital design plans and in-person styling for rental properties. Each project scope will be confirmed in writing prior to starting.
A deposit is required to secure all services. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final design.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
However, by requesting design work to begin within this period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights will be limited and any work completed will be chargeable.
Power Hour bookings and in-person appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled late are non-refundable.
Cancellations for design packages after work has begun will be charged for the work completed to date.
All design concepts, moodboards, layouts and styling plans are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
All designs and visuals remain the property of Lees Interiors until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a licence to use the designs for the intended space only.
Recommendations may include third-party products. Lees Interiors is not responsible for pricing changes, stock availability or delivery issues with external suppliers.
Where site visits occur, travel costs may apply and will be agreed in advance.
Lees Interiors operates as a design and styling advisor. Construction, installation or structural work must only be carried out by qualified professionals hired by the client.
Lees Interiors will not be held liable for any contractor or supplier issues, nor damage or loss occurring after recommendations are provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
